"WinOps Toolkit" (the "App") is designed to keep your data on your Mac. This policy explains what the App stores, what leaves your device, and what we never collect.
The App is published by YingZhiChu (Beijing) Technology Co., Ltd. You can reach us at contact@yingzhichu.com or through the support page at https://www.yingzhichu.com/support/.
2.1 Connection profiles: names, hosts, ports, user names, credentials, database and cluster settings, and group names.
2.2 Settings: interface language, appearance and other preferences.
Both are written to JSON files in the App's own folder inside Application Support on your Mac.
The App requires no account and contains no analytics SDK, no advertising and no third-party tracking. We do not operate a server that receives your connections, credentials or settings, so we cannot see, export or recover them.
The App connects only to the SSH hosts, database servers and Kubernetes API endpoints that you configure. Those third-party services may log your connections under their own privacy policies; we do not receive those logs.
Passwords and private keys are currently stored in the local JSON file without additional encryption. Enable FileVault or another disk encryption, protect your macOS account and keep the file private; anyone who obtains the file can read the stored credentials.
Your data remains on your Mac until you delete it. Removing the App together with its Application Support folder deletes the stored connections and settings, and we cannot recover them.
Deleting the App does not change anything on the servers, databases or clusters you connected to.
The App is a developer tool and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
We may update this policy; the current version is published with the App. Material changes will be highlighted clearly.
