Welcome to "WinOps Toolkit" (the "App"). Please read this agreement carefully before using the App. By downloading, installing or using the App, you agree to all of its terms.
The App is a native macOS developer toolbox for SSH and SFTP sessions, MySQL, PostgreSQL, SQLite and Redis databases, and Kubernetes clusters. It requires macOS 15.0 or later.
The App is a client tool: it does not host, monitor or administer the servers, databases or clusters you connect to, and it provides no account, cloud storage or sync service.
You are responsible for the servers, databases and clusters you connect to and must be authorised to access them.
Keep your credentials confidential, use the App in compliance with applicable law and with the terms of the services you connect to, and do not use it to gain unauthorised access to any system.
3.1 Connection profiles and settings are stored in the App's own folder inside Application Support on your Mac; the App does not upload them.
3.2 Passwords and private keys are currently stored in that local file without additional encryption. Enable disk encryption such as FileVault, protect your macOS account and do not share the file.
3.3 Deleting the App together with its Application Support folder removes the stored data. We cannot recover it for you.
We grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive, revocable licence to install and use the App on Macs you own or control.
The App, its interface, icons and text are owned by the developer; except as permitted by law, you may not reverse engineer, redistribute or resell them.
The App is provided free of charge. It contains no subscription, no in-app purchase and no advertising. There is nothing to buy, restore or cancel.
6.1 The App is provided "as is". We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that it will work with every server, database version or cluster configuration.
6.2 To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for data loss, connection failures, service interruption or damage caused by using the App.
6.3 Your use of third-party servers, databases and Kubernetes clusters is governed by their own terms and privacy policies.
We may revise this agreement from time to time. The revised version is published with the App and takes effect when published. If you do not agree with a change, stop using the App.
