"FirstTick" (the "App") takes your privacy very seriously. This policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use the App.
1.1 Focus data: Your focus records (scenario, duration, completion time) are stored only locally on your device and are never uploaded to any server. Deleting the App also deletes this data.
1.2 Settings information: Theme, language, reminder method, and custom background images and audio are stored locally on your device.
1.3 Account information: The App requires no registration and does not collect account information such as name, email, or phone number.
2.1 Google AdMob (advertising): Users without a subscription will see ads provided by Google AdMob. AdMob may collect device identifiers (such as IDFA / advertising ID), approximate location, and device information for ad delivery and measurement. Such data processing is governed by the Google Privacy Policy (https://policies.google.com/privacy).
2.2 App Store / Google Play (subscription payment): Subscription purchases are processed by Apple or Google. We never have access to your payment card information and only receive the subscription status to unlock features.
· Notifications: Used for background reminders when the countdown ends.
· Photo library access (subscription feature): The selected image is read only when you actively choose an image as the countdown background; the image never leaves your device.
· File access (subscription feature): The selected file is read only when you actively choose an audio file as the reminder sound.
All of your personal data is stored in the device's local sandbox, protected by the operating system's security mechanisms. We cannot access, view, or export your data.
The App is not directed at children under 13 and does not knowingly collect personal information from children.
We may update this policy from time to time; updates will be published in the App. Material changes will be highlighted in a prominent manner.
