Welcome to "FirstTick" (the "App"). Please read this agreement carefully before using the App. By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to all terms of this agreement.
The App is a focus timer tool based on the Pomodoro Technique, offering scenario-based countdowns, focus statistics, and personalization settings. The App requires no account registration; all focus data is stored locally on your device.
2.1 The App offers a Pro subscription, including a monthly plan ($6.99/month) and a yearly plan ($29.99/year). Subscription benefits include: removal of all ads, custom focus modes, photo-album background images with countdown color configuration, and custom reminder audio.
2.2 Subscriptions renew automatically. Unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, the subscription will renew automatically. The renewal will be charged to your Apple ID / Google account within 24 hours before the end of the current period.
2.3 You can cancel at any time in the subscription management of your App Store or Google Play account. After cancellation, fees already paid are non-refundable, and you may continue using subscription benefits until the end of the current period.
2.4 After switching devices or reinstalling the App, you can use the "Restore Purchases" feature to restore your purchased subscription.
You agree not to use the App in any way that violates applicable laws or this agreement, and not to reverse engineer, copy, distribute, or use the App for any unlawful purpose.
The intellectual property rights in the App and its interface, icons, and text content belong to the developer. No one may use them without written permission.
5.1 The App is provided "as is"; the developer makes no guarantee of uninterrupted or error-free service.
5.2 The developer is not liable for local data loss caused by deleting the App, switching devices, or similar reasons.
5.3 Advertising content in the App is provided by the advertising platform (Google AdMob); ad content does not represent the developer's views.
The developer may revise this agreement from time to time; the revised agreement will be published in the App and take effect. If you do not agree to the changes, please stop using the App.
